I stopped in on my way down the bike trail to pick up a new tube and a tire. I got a great deal on two tires and they changed them for me. While they were at it they also did a quick tune up on the chain and cables and fixed a few nagging issues I've been ignoring. My bike feels like new again! Great service and very knowledgeable staff.
The service here is second to none. They go the extra mile on everything.
Main Street Bicycles has excellent customer service! I went in and worked with the owner to find the perfect bike for me. I explained what I wanted and ended up purchasing the first bike that I was shown. They attached all accessories and made sure that everything was perfect before I left the store. I highly recommend purchasing a bike or coming in for service!
